  This homeowners policy is specifically designed for your customers who own and occupy a dwelling unit in a structure owned and insured by a condominium association, a townhome association, a cooperative, a homeowner association, a planned community or similar associations.
  
  
• Renters Insurance
  The program provides basic coverage, is non-underwritten with simplified rating and you can get a quote in seconds. Coverage includes: personal property, personal liability, additional living expenses and protection for personal belongings.
  
  
• Mortgage Rescue Plus
  This coverage pays your customers’ mortgages if their homes are uninhabitable because of a catastrophic natural disaster such as a fire, flood, hurricane or an earthquake.
  
  
• Auto Insurance
  Available in several new states, our program features competitive prices and benefits, including a variety of discounts your customers may qualify for. Every full comprehensive/collision policy includes rental car reimbursement and roadside service, which includes towing service and out-of-gas service.
