Microsoft case study documents Balboa Insurance Group's streamlined workflow with implementation of Microsoft's BizTalk Server 2004
Balboa Insurance Group recently became the focus of a Microsoft case study documenting the success of Microsoft's BizTalk Server 2004 in streamlining Balboa's insurance tracking workflow. As described on the Microsoft Web site:
"Balboa-affiliated tracking services entail managing 100,000 documents or more daily from a variety of external sources and tracking information about more than 10 million loans. To enhance its competitive position and to help its corporate clients improve service to their customers, Balboa became an early adopter of Microsoft BizTalk Server 2004 to help integrate data from disparate sources and manage the flow of insurance documentation to and from insurance companies throughout the United States..."
